Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-10

1. What autoyield is

autoyield (the "Service") is an open-source software service that helps Model Context Protocol (MCP) clients — such as Claude or Cursor — construct unsigned Solana transactions for use with third-party protocols (Jupiter aggregator, Backed xStocks, Ondo Finance USDY, and similar). The Service does not custody funds, does not sign transactions, and does not act as a broker, dealer, exchange, money transmitter, or investment adviser.

2. Self-custody and signing

You are solely responsible for your own wallet, private keys, seed phrase, signed transactions, and assets. The Service may construct transactions for you to review and sign in your own wallet, but the Service never holds your keys or funds. If you lose your seed phrase, your wallet, or your access, the Service cannot recover them.

3. No advice

Nothing the Service produces — including price quotes, yield comparisons, transaction proposals, or natural-language responses from any AI client connected via MCP — constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision.

4. Eligibility and geographic restrictions

You represent and warrant that:

5. Third-party protocols

Transactions constructed by the Service are submitted to and executed by third-party programs on the Solana blockchain (Jupiter, Raydium, Orca, Meteora, Backed Finance, Ondo Finance, and others). The Service has no control over those programs, their availability, their pricing, their security, or their regulatory status. You accept all risk associated with using them.

6. Risk

Using the Service involves substantial risk, including but not limited to: total loss of capital, smart contract bugs, oracle failures, blockchain network outages, RPC outages, MEV/sandwich attacks, slippage, depegging, regulatory action against underlying issuers, and changes to the Service itself. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis with no warranties of any kind.

7. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ITS AUTHORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE AUTHORS' TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).

8. Open source

The Service is released under the MIT License. You can read the source, audit the behavior, and self-host the Service. The MIT License's "AS IS" disclaimer governs your use of the source code.

9. Changes

These Terms may change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
